We are recruiting for our client, an important company in the field of IT software in Bucharest, the position of Technical Support Engineer for Microsoft Share Point (multiple positions for Junior and Senior Specialists).
Requirements:
- Essential Experience:
- Confirmed support experience in an IT environment
- Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Communication skills in international environment
- Fluency in English
- Second language competency in French is mandatory!
- Technical / Functional Skills
- Depending on your level of seniority at least two of following criteria are mandatory:
- Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
- Web Server knowledge, IIS6 or other Web Applications
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Infrastructure)
- Operating system (Windows 2000, XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Protocols, Domain – MCSE 2000/2003)
- Also are considered a plus:
- Previous experience in Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server
- Database Know how ( MS SQL2000 / SQL2005; MSDE, WMSDE, SQL Expression; SQL Embedded)
- Programming skills e.g. C#, ASP.NET
