We are recruiting for one of our clients, a dutch-owned software development company from Bucharest, the position of Senior PHP / Web Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Work on an existing web application which allows users to control their own marketing campaigns via email, SMS and print.
- Generally, you’ll work on large sub-projects of this application in which you’ll develop software matching the standards of end-users and your co-developers. You’ll make extensive use of the framework that has been developed especially for this application and which requires an object oriented approach and mindset. The application is web based and hosted on a Linux platform.
Requirements:
- Experienced web developer (3+years):
- Very proficient in PHP
- Very proficient in JavaScript ,(X)HTML, DHTML, CSS etc.
- Experience with CSS, Smarty, SOAP, Ajax, Apache
- Experienced in Object Oriented Development (3+ years):
- Extensive knowledge of OOP methodolygy
- Knowledge of Java, C++ or C# is considered a plus
- - Experience working with an RDBMS backend such as SQL Server or MySQL
- - Experience in cross-browser compatibility, usability and accessibility
- - Excellent English language skills
