BPM/BAM Developer

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a Business Management Consulting company from Bucharest, the position of BPM/BAM Developer, to join the Technology Solutions team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing business processes (BPEL), participating in process modeling (BPA) and design workshops, identifying opportunities for process improvement in working with process analysts and the business users.
  • Documenting the processes to be modeled and implemented.
  • Create process models in SAG BPM / BAM using the Aris Business Process Architect software.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience on generating and implementing processes using SAG BPEL process server and integrate applications through.
  • Strong experience with BPM and BAM using technologies.
  • Create Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) Dashboards
  • A solid understanding of databases, messaging services, enterprise application integration is a plus
  • 5+ years experience with Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
  • 3+ years experience with Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), Business Process Management (BPM), and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM).
  • 3+ years experience in developing BPEL processes and Web Services.
  • 5+ years experience with Database Servers.
  • 5+ years experience in developing applications using XML technologies, e.g. XPath, XSLT
  • Solid understanding of Web server and DB RAC clustering.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Background in full lifecycle software development including specification, coding, testing and release management.
  • At least 5 years of total development experience, with at least 2 years in SOA/BAM development.
  • In-depth knowledge on SOA Architecture and Integration platforms.
  • Competent written and oral communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues and SME’s effectively.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with Tech Leads to identifying work completion levels and work remaining.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage one’s own work and time based on the project plan, assigned tasks and milestones, and direct one’s own efforts effectively.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes in a FDA regulated software development environment is a plus.
  • MS in Computer Science or related field

Languages:

  • Advanced English
  • Other EU language is a plus.
