We are recruiting for one of our clients, a Business Management Consulting company from Bucharest, the position of Business Consultant (Banking).
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements and operational processes in support of performance improvement projects and new product development;
- Analyzing gaps in business processes and formulate long term and short term solutions;
- Workflow analysis, planning, change process and management of the system implementation process;
- Working with client and team management to determine process and system needs, design new processes and assist in managing the implementation of new processes and systems;
- Coordinating and supervising the team members;
- Promoting and using the company methodologies, tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years consistent work experience in banking industry;
- Exposure to internal projects for business optimization, internal processes analysis, system development or experience in internal audit department;
- Previous consulting experience would be an advantage;
- Strong analysis skills and creative problem solving skills;
- Highly customer-oriented attitude;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to interact with all levels of management;
- University degree in business, computer science or related field;
- Advanced level of English language.
